Heating & cooling in San Ramon

A new system that your neighbours won't notice.

ClearVista repairs, maintains and replaces heating and air conditioning for San Ramon homes and businesses — and plans where the equipment goes, so it passes the HOA, stays quiet by the bedrooms and looks tidy from the street.

Before the install

Most of the neighbour problems are decided on paper.

Where an outdoor unit sits decides how loud it is in the bedroom next door, whether the HOA signs off, and how easy it is to service. Moving it after it's installed is expensive. Getting it right first is a sketch and a conversation.

Questions

HOAs, noise and the rest.

Do I need HOA approval to replace my air conditioner?

Often, yes, especially if the outdoor unit moves, gets bigger or becomes more visible. Many associations ask for a site sketch, the equipment sheet with its sound rating and a screening plan. We help you prepare them.

Can the new unit go in the same place as the old one?

Sometimes, but the old spot is not always the best one. A replacement is the cheapest moment to move it away from bedrooms or a neighbour and closer to the indoor unit.

Are there quieter outdoor units?

Yes. Variable-speed heat pumps and air conditioners run slower and quieter most of the time, and manufacturers publish a sound rating for each model. We compare them for tight spaces.

Do you work on businesses as well as homes?

Yes. Offices, shops, clinics and restaurants: rooftop and split systems, tenant improvements and maintenance plans.

Does ClearVista do painting or colour work?

No. Colors is part of the business name, not the trade. ClearVista does heating, ventilation and air conditioning only.

Which areas do you cover?

San Ramon, Danville, Dublin, Pleasanton, Alamo, Blackhawk, Diablo and Livermore.
